(ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0216 dated 21.10.2023 registered under Sections 324, 341, 506 and 34 of IPC (Section 326 of IPC was added later on) at P.S. Odhan, District Sirsa.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that in compliance of order dated 23.01.2024, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 23.01.2024 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, the petitioner shall keep on appearing before the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) CrPC.

Disposed of accordingly.
