Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant does not wish to press the present application filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties and on his oral request, the main case may be preponed from 22.04.2026 to today. He further submitted that the application for withdrawal of the main case is also supported by an affidavit filed by the Director & Authorized Representative of the applicant-Company. In view of the aforesaid position, the present application is allowed. The main case is directed to be preponed from 22.04.2026 to today itself and is taken on board.
