(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court finds that the matter has actually arisen out of a matrimonial dispute between the son of petitioners No.1 and 2 and respondent No.5 Ramandeep Kaur. Earlier it appears that Ramandeep Kaur had made some complaint against her husband and the petitioners which was inquired into by the police and the allegations were found to be false as per report dated 14.9.2019 (Annexure P-4). Now the petitioners have moved an application for taking action against Ramandeep Kaur and other members of her family i.e. application dated 4.1.2021 (Annexure P-7). The petitioners however, would be at liberty to move an appropriate application before the Illaqa Magistrate in terms of Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. or to avail of any other alternate remedy as may be available to them.
