The present revision petition is directed against the impugned order dated 04.07.2016 vide which the application filed by the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure for dismissal of the election petition filed by respondent no.1 under Section 176 of Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 was dismissed, for, the petition, was presented by a counsel in the absence of the petitioner.

The aforementioned controversy has already been set at rest by this Court in Seema Devi Vs. Suman and others 2017(1) RCR (Civil) 349 while noticing the decision rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.The said decision has not been controverted nor any law contrary has been referred. In view of above, the order under challenge cannot be said to be suffering from illegality and perversity.
