ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) On 04.08.2022 the following order was passed : "The present revision petition pertains to the year 2017. On 31.07.2017 proceedings before the Trial Court were stayed. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 18.11.2022. Interim order to continue.

It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted."

Today the matter has been called twice. However, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present revision petition. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present revision petition for nonprosecution. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
