Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought the concession of pre-arrest bail, in case FIR No.583 dated 09.12.2023, under Sections 406, 420 of the IPC, and, Sections 10, 24 of The Emigration Act, 1983, Police Station Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.

The learned State counsel has, in compliance of the order made by this Court on 23.01.2024, filed a status report on affidavit of Subhash Chand, Deputy Superintendent of Police (HQ), Kurukshetra, and, the same is taken on record.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Permission granted.
