(ORAL) The instant revision petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 21.07.2015 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kapurthala, whereby application moved by the petitioner under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that appeal against the order dated 21.07.2015 is pending before the appellate Court for 22.08.2016.

Appellate Court is directed to decide the appeal positively on the date fixed or within 15 days thereafter after effecting service upon the respondent, if service upon respondent has not already been effected.
