This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.78 dated 19.08.2019 registered under Sections 21 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Special Task Force District STF Wing (Phase-IV), SAS Nagar Mohali. The first petition (CRM-M-19134 of 2020) was withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one as there were certain inadvertent errors in the petition.

Custody certificate dated 04.02.2021 has been filed by the State. Same is taken on record. A copy thereof, has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.
