Mr. Yogesh Chaudhary, Advocate, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent and filed memo of appearance. The petitioner had moved application for direction to the landlord Gian Chand to allow draftsman to take measurement and to prepare a site plan of the entire building adjoining the shops in dispute. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the application is allowed.

The draftsman of the petitioner can visit the property owned by the petitioner and take the measurement and prepare the site plan but he will not be permitted to enter the property owned by wife of the landlord Gian Chand.

As the ejectment petition is pending for the last four years, the Rent Controller is directed to expedite the proceedings by giving short adjournments and dispose of the case preferably within six months on receipt of copy of this order.

A copy of the order be conveyed to the Rent Controller for compliance.
