CM-3264-CII-2023 This is an application for recalling of order dated 08.12.2022 vide which the main revision petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the order dated 08.12.2022 is re-called. The main petition is ordered to be restored to its original number.

With the consent of learned counsel for the petitioners, the main petition is taken on Board today itself.
