Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although the FIR i.e. FIR No.0819 dated 5.12.2019 at Police Station Sirsa City under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code was lodged in December 2019 but till date neither any accused has been arrested nor any effective investigation has been conducted in the matter. 2.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards merits of the case or as regards the veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, District Sirsa to look into the matter and to ensure that the matter in hand is got investigated in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 3 months from today, so that a final report is submitted thereafter at the earliest.
