AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press the grounds of revision petition provided that a direction may be issued to the Lower Appellate Court to decide the application seeking restoration of the appeal as the order under challenge was passed on the application for condonation of delay in filing the application seeking restoration of the appeal, i.e., under Order 41 Rule 19 of Code of Civil Procedure. In this regard, he has drawn the attention of this Court to the various zimni orders extracted in the grounds of revision petition. I am in agreement with the aforementioned submission of Mr. Lall, for the reasons that 52 adjournments have been taken by the other side in not arguing the matter.
