1. Learned counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner is of appointment having been granted to those, who were lower in merit than him, while considering them against the vacancies of 2011 and there are certain posts, that were available in that year besides those, which were filled up. This aspect could not be brought out in its entirety in the representation submitted by him, which came to be decided by passing the speaking order, as impugned in the present petition. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a fresh representation giving all the details including the names and marks of those, who have been appointed, though being lower in merit than him in the year 2011 and the posts that were vacant besides them, shall be submitted, which may be directed to be decideed in a time bound manner. 2.

The aforesaid facts having been brought out, during the course of hearing, he sought instructions and thus states that in case, a representation as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is submitted within a period of 4 MOHIT 2025.01.
