10 lakh from the respondent vide demand draft dated 06.04.2026, as per the details given in the application. In view of the contents of the application and statement made by learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, the application is allowed. Accordingly, main case i.e. CR-6717-2001, which is fixed for 21.05.2026, is taken on board today itself and is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
