The present petition pertains to the year 2018 and none has been putting in appearance on behalf of the petitioner since 25.09.2019. Today also, the case has been called twice since morning, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
