Mr. Parvesh Kumar Banwal, Advocate for the petitioner. RAJIV SHARMA,J The petitioner seeks a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent-Bank to settle his loan account, in terms of One Time Settlement.

It is stated that the petitioner in order to get his grievance redressed has already submitted an application dated 12.12.2019 (P.5) to the respondent-Bank. The petitioner would be content and interest of justice would be advanced if the representation aforesaid is considered and decided in accordance with law.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the contents of the paper book, this petition is disposed of with the direction to the Manager of the Punjab National Bank-respondent to decide the representation (P.5) only subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rupees Fifty Thousand with the respondent-Bank within a period of one week from today.
