The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to remove illegal encroachment over government land and enforce order dated 18.03.2025 passed by Sub Divisional Engineer, Provincial Sub Division, PWD B&R Branch, Loharu.

Affidavit dated 21.04.2026 of Sh. Sumer Singh, Sub Divisional Engineer, Provincial Sub Division, Loharu, PWD (B&R) Department of Haryana on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3.
