Learned counsel prays for issuance of directions to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Panchkula, to decide Civil Suit No.240 of 2017 dated 10.04.2017, in view of compromise dated 06.07.2017, Annexure P-2, having been placed before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Panchkula, as Ex.C-1. He further prays for directions to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Panchkula to decide the civil suit expeditiously, preferably within seven days, as the petitioner has applied for permanent residentship in Canada for which she has to reach Canada before 05.10.2018 besides she has to get her two children admitted in a school in Canada and classes in the school to which the children are to be admitted are to start from 04.09.2018.

Mr. Raghav Sharma, Advocate, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and has filed power of attorney. The same is taken on record. He confirms the compromise Ex.P-2 dated 06.07.2017 having been entered into between the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, District Courts, Panchkula and the same having been placed on record before the Court of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Panchkula in July, 2017 itself. He further states that a perusal of Annexure P-3 reveals that statements have also been made by the parties before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Panchkula on 04.08.2017.

In the light of the position as noted above, the revision petition is disposed of by directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Panchkula to consider and decide Civil Suit No.240 of 2017 dated 10.04.2017 as expeditiously as possible preferably before 31.08.2018. Disposed of with aforesaid directions.
