***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Only grievance of the petitioner is that during the pendency of appeal before the lower appellate authority, eviction has not been stayed. In the absence of stay of eviction, proceedings before the appellate court would be futile as the order passed by the Rent Controller would be executed. Admittedly, applications seeking stay of eviction as well as condonation of delay are pending before the lower appellate authority. In view of the same, this court does not intend to express any opinion on the merits. Revision petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that lower appellate authority shall decide the applications pending before it within 06 weeks. It shall also endeavour to decide the appeal expeditiously. Interim order to continue till the decision of the applications.
