The prayer made in the instant petition for a direction, being made upon the official respondents concerned, to speed up the pace of investigations, as underway in FIR No. 002 of 04.1.2021, registered at Police Station Rania, District Sirsa, and, also to hold into the above FIR, unbiased, and, fair investigations, becomes infructuous, at this stage, as the learned State counsel, on instructions meted to him, by Sub Inspector Charanjeet Singh submits, that after conclusion of investigations, the investigating officer concerned, has made a proposal for instituting, before the learned Magistrate concerned, a closure report, and, that the closure report concerned, would be very soon instituted, before the learned GURPREET SINGH 2022.02.10 18:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh Magistrate concerned.

In view of the above, the instant petition becomes infructuous, and, is disposed of as such.
