(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0083 dated 20.09.2022, registered under Sections 307, 379-B(2), 323, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Section 379-B(2) IPC deleted later on and Sections 397, 411 of the Indian Penal Code added later on) at Police Station Talwara, District Hoshiarpur.
