Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Code') for issuance of the direction to the official respondents No.2 to 4 to investigate the matter regarding missing of the minor daughter of the petitioner and for registration of the FIR as well as for taking action on the legal notice (Annexure P-2).

State counsel has informed that FIR NO.0021 dated 24.01.2024 has been registered on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner. Copy of the FIR is placed on record.

State counsel upon instructions from ASI Gurjant Singh informs the Court that action will be quickly taken on the basis of FIR. 4.
