Petition herein inter alia is for quashing impugned order dated 04.07.2018 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nabha whereby objection raised by petitioner/ plaintiff to the effect that defendants No.1 and 2 cannot be allowed to cross-examine their own witnesses unless and until the Court is satisfied that the statement of witness exhibits an element of hostility and he has resiled from the material statement, was declined and objection by defendants No.1 and 2, was allowed.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition.
