(ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the criminal case as registered at Police Station Sultanpur Lodhi, District Kapurthala, vide FIR No.0102 dated 19.04.2020, is still under investigation. However, he informs that the order regarding cancellation of the Public Distribution System (PDS) licence issued to the petitioner, has already been passed by the competent authority on 22.02.2021 but the same is yet to be conveyed to the petitioner. He undertakes to supply the copy of the said order to learned counsel for the petitioner, vide the proper receipt, during the course of the day itself.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission SEEMA SHARMA 2021.03.02 10:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
