Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for quashing of FIR No.258 dated 08.09.2018 (P-1), under Sections 409 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station, Kalayat, District Kaithal, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all his pleas before learned trial Court, 'at appropriate stage'. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
