(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 to 8 to conclude the inquiry with regard to the application dated 04.11.2024 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner.

1.1 A further prayer has been made for directing the official respondents to decide the application-cum-representation dated 04.11.2024 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner to respondent No.3. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities at the first instance. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
