The applicant-petitioner is also exempted from filing the certified copies of the same. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place with page marking. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly concedes that the trial is at an advanced stage and the case is now fixed for defence evidence on 30.04.2026. There was no interim stay when the notice of motion in the present petition was issued. 3.

Taking note of the developments that have taken place during the interregnum and noticing that the case is already at a fag end, counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition so as to take all pleas before the Trial Court.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.

Since the present petition already stands disposed of, CRM3454-2023 has been rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as such 6.
