(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents No.2 and 3 to look into complaint dated 29.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police (Rural), Ludhiana, to look into representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-1) and decide the same after hearing the petitioner by passing a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
