H.S. MADAAN , J. (Oral) The parties are stated to be closely related to each other, though, unfortunately some dispute has arisen between them regarding which litigation is pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Panipat.
Both the counsel on instruction from their respective clients agree that the present revision petition be disposed of inasmuch as a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the application for grant of ad-interim injunction filed by the plaintiffs within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order there and till date, as agreed upon between the parties, revision petitioners Bhagwan Dass and others would enter their shop on first and second floor from the SUMIT KUMAR 2023.03.02 14:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

It is agreed that respondents would hand over the key of padlock put on that shutter to petitioner Bhagwan Dass and in turn, petitioner Bhagwan Dass would hand over the key of padlock put by him on the main gate to the respondents by 10.00 AM tomorrow. Both the parties shall remain bound by this settlement.
However, nothing mentioned in this order shall have any bearing on the decision to be taken by the trial Court on application for grant of ad-interim injunction as well as in the main suit. With such observations, the revision petition is disposed of.
Parties through counsel are directed to appear before the trial Court on 09.03.2023.
