(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submits that as per his information main suit itself has been decided though learned counsel for the petitioners is unable to confirm the same. Be that as it may, revision petition was filed in the year 2017 and there is no stay on further proceedings in the trial and in all likelihood, information of learned counsel for the respondents seems to be correct. Revision petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to file an application in case, suit is still pending.
