The petitioners seek issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent-authorities to rehabilitate/resettle them before taking physical possession of their small houses/land of the structure(s).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, in case their representation dated PARUL 2025.05.14 11:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

On the other hand, on advance service of copy of petition, Mr. Gaurav Bansal, DAG, Haryana appears for respondents No. 1, 3 and 4-State, whereas Mr. Ankur Mittal, Advocate appears for respondent No. 2-HSVP. They oppose the issuance of notice of motion and submit that the grievance of the petitioners will be looked into by respondent No.2 and it shall take decision either way, on the representation dated 24.07.2024 (Annexure P-18) of the petitioners. 4.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek reply by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 24.07.2024 (Annexure P-18) of the petitioners and pass an appropriate reasoned order, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of copy/ production of this order.
