During the course of arguments, it has transpired that the petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal in terms of Regulation 20 of Life Insurance Corporation of India (Agents) Regulations, 2017.

CWP-1633-2022 (O&M) --2-- petitioner wishes to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail his alternative remedy under Regulations of 2017, at the first instance.

Disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. In case, an appeal is preferred before the competent authority in terms of Regulation 20 of Life Insurance Corporation of India (Agents) Regulations, 2017, the same shall be decided in accordance with law at the earliest.
