Learned counsel submits that the inter se dispute between the contesting parties has been settled and the suit from which the present petition has arisen, has also been dismissed as withdrawn since long. Perusal of the paper book shows that after issuance of notice of motion, none has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent. There is no opposition to the limited prayer made.
