The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.328 dated 20.11.2023 under Sections 323, 324, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Amritsar, with further direction to the official respondents to add appropriate and proper offences in light of the material available on record. Further, direction also sought to be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 28.11.2023/04.12.2023 expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to invoke alternative remedy as available to the petitioner in accordance with law for redressal of his grievance as raised in the present petition.
