 Learned counsel for the petitioner (tenant) submits that this petition challenging order dated 12.04.2016 passed by the learned Appellate Authority, Palwal has been rendered infructuous as vacant peaceful possession of the tenanted premises, which is the subject matter of the present petition, has been handed over to the landlady. Learned counsel for the respondent verifies the said position. This petition is accordingly dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
