-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Mr. Goel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submitted that his client has not come forward to effect dasti service nor is in his contact.
He requested for substituted service but the said request cannot be accepted once the client did not come forward. In case such application is allowed, there would be no one to deposit the charges.
It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive the same in case appellant comes forward for contesting the appeal.
