Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions submits that remaining interest component shall be released in favour of the petitioner before 30.04.2025.

In view thereof, no cause survives in the present petition and the same is thus, disposed of.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedy in accordance with law with respect to the non-grant of leave encashment benefits. 3.
It is made clear that in case respondents fails to abide by their undertaking, the salary of Chief Executive Officer to the extent of 1/3rd shall remain attached till compliance is made.
Rule stands discharged.
