Through the instant petition, the relief is claimed against the official respondents concerned to, expeditiously, and, fairly hold an enquiry, and, also the investigations into the complaints, as become respectively embodied as Annexure P-4, and, Annexure P-5, as become appended to the instant petition.

The learned State Counsel, does not have any objection, to an order being made by this Court, upon the respondents concerned, to within three weeks hereafter, make a speaking decision, in accordance with law, upon Annexures P-4, and, Annexure P-5, and, in case the incriminatory offences are made out against the accused concerned, to thereafter proceed to draw appropriate motion, in accordance with law, against the accused concerned.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents concerned, to make a decision in accordance with law, and, GURPREET SINGH 2022.02.10 18:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
