*** This petition is directed against an order of the learned Additional District Judge, Patiala passed on an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act in a pending Matrimonial Petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the matter has already been settled between the parties. Information was also downloaded from the computer and it transpires that the main Matrimonial Petition was dismissed in default on July 18, 2013.

This petition has, thus, been rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed.
