The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.105 dated 09.07.2022, registered under Sections 22 (b) of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

As per custody certificate filed by learned State counsel, the petitioner is behind bars for 2 years, 1 month and 25 days and is involved in 7 more cases under the NDPS Act, in one of which, he stands convicted. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition at this stage. 4.
