The present revision petition pertains to the year 2010 and repeatedly adjournment slips have been circulated by counsel for the petitioners though none had come present to press the adjournment slips. On 05.01.2024 the following order was passed in the connected petition being CR-5376-2010 :

"A written request for an adjournment has been circulated on behalf of counsel for the petitioners on the ground that he is in personal difficulty.

Adjourned to 15.02.2024.
