RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action against respondent No.5 and consequently NOC and site plan issued in the name of Pardeep Singh son of Darshan Singh for House No.6113, Hukam Chand Colony, 40ft Gali, Azad Nagat, Chheharta, Amritsar, be cancelled/rejected. It is also prayed to issue direction to respondents NO.2 to 4 to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 26.04.2023, Annexure P-1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated 26.04.2023, Annexure P-1, is decided in a time-bound manner.
