The instant petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for intentionally and willfully disobeying the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2023 (Annexure P-1), in CWP-19135-2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the order dated 14.12.2023 (Annexure P-1), passed in CWP No.19135 of 2023 titled as Sudesh Kumari Vs. State of Haryana and others, by issuing an appointment letter to the petitioner, as such, present petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
