HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 131 dated 06.08.2020 under Section 379B IPC and under Section 25 of Arms Act registered at Police Station Talwandi Chaudhrian, District Kapurthala. Vide order dated 09.02.2021, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 09.02.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
