The proposed legal representatives, named in para 2 of the application, are the Class-I heirs of respondent No.1(i)-Hanifa Begum, who are stated to have died on 25.08.2017, who is already on the record as respondent No.1(ii). He is permitted to be brought on record as the legal heir of the respondent No.1(i)-Hanifa Begum,, for the purpose of defending the revision petition.
