(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent No.3 to release the superannuation benefits along with the amanat amount lying with respondent No.3 of late husband of the petitioner, which have been withheld for the last three years, despite issuance of notice dated 23.11.2023 to respondent No.3 (Annexure P-7). Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition on the same cause of action, with better particulars.
