ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) Counsel for the respondent-tenant on instructions from his client has undertaken to vacate the premises in question within a period of 3 months.
Counsel for the petitioner-landlord does not have any serious objection to the offer made.
In view thereof, the revision petition is disposed of with the following terms:- (i) Respondent-tenant shall hand over vacant possession of the premises in question to the landlord-petitioner within three months i.e. on or before 03.11.2018;

Civil Revision No.6606 of 2009 (O&M) -2- (iii) Tenant shall be liable to file an undertaking to this effect before the Rent Controller within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order.
