AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that connected RSA No.5411 of 2012 titled as Mahender and others vs. Paras Ram and others arising out of the judgments and decrees of the Courts below, has already been allowed by this Court, vide order dated 04.05.2016 and therefore, the present revision petition is against the impugned order dated 04.09.2015 (Annexure P-13) passed by the Assistant Collector Ist Grade Ganaur, whereby, the partition proceedings have been adjourned sine die owing to pendency of the aforementioned appeal. He further submits that petitioner will initiate the proceedings in accordance with law. In view of the aforementioned, the present revision petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
