Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned public notices dated 02.11.2024 and 11.11.2024 and directing the respondents to firstly give an option to the earlier selected/appointed ETT Teachers. 2.

Learned counsel would contend that regarding the claim raised in the present petition, a legal notice dated 28.11.2024, Annexure P-13 has been served upon the respondents, which has yet not evoked any response. He, on instructions, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned Senior counsel has no objection.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 28.11.2024, Annexure P-13, within a period of 2 weeks, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
