The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No.139 dated 21.11.2022 registered under Section25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Rori, District Sirsa.

Vide order dated 23.01.2023, petitioner was granted the concession of anticipatory bail in the following terms:- "Learned counsel inter alia contends that the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot along with co-accused but was nominated as an accused pursuant to a disclosure statement made by Devender Singh alias Deepu, from whom recovery of .315 bore pistol was effected. Learned counsel further submits that similarly situated co-accused namely Deepu @ Vishal @ Vishaldeep Singh and Jagsir Singh @ Jaggi have since been extended the concession of interim bail SONIA BURA 2023.04.17 16:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 23.01.2023, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well. Learned State counsel on instructions states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 23.01.2023, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
